- In case you entered the license key manually, please check your input for typos (too many whitespaces, missed hyphen, used the letter O instead of the number 0 etc.). We recommend copying the license key to the Windows system clipboard and pasting it into the text field through the context menu to avoid typing errors. Please also make sure the license key belongs to the product to be activated.
- If you receive error messages during the activation process, please ensure that Internet access is not being blocked by installed security applications (virus scanner, firewall) and adjust their settings accordingly.
- Should you receive a detailed error message that includes a security code, please forward the code and the license key you used to support@utility-software.com. Our support agents will then generate the activation code for you based on your security code and license key.
In case you have already activated this license key on a different machine make sure to uninstall the affected application from that machine first. Using the application on more than one machine requires additional license keys which you can obtain at a discount.
